HOW DOES FLAT FREE WORK?
Flat Free coats the inside of the tread of the tire. It's special formulation actually adheres it to the tread,
so it won't flow to the bottom of the tire when not in motion.
When a puncture occurs, the centrifugal force of the rotating tire and internal pressure forces Flat Free into the hole, packing it with fibers and other solids. A small amount of Flat Free seeps through the hole the the outside of the tire. This creates a permanent and flexible seal when Flat Free is exposed to air and dries.
If the puncturing object is still in the tire, it should be removed and the vehicle driven several miles. After that, the seal is permanent and will last the life of the tire.
