Computer Help Desk Support

Something is broken, slow, or just not making sense. Help desk support is the “call Chris” service: tell me what’s happening and I’ll work out why, remotely if it can be done that way and in person if it can’t.

My diagnostic skills are strong, and I can usually find out what’s going on with software or hardware. I’ll explain what I find in terms that make sense, and I’ll tell you honestly when something isn’t worth repairing.

On-site around New Braunfels and San Antonio, or remotely anywhere.

Not sure what you need?

That's a perfectly good place to start. You don't need the technical terms. Just describe what's not working or what you want, and we can go from there.
